Sammie is a London based singer songwriter who always felt the gravitational pull of music as it provided her with a ‘home’ wherever in the world she was. It was while working for fifteen years in Sydney, Australia and travelling through the USA, that her love of folk and country music intensified, and these genres have been the most influential in her writing.
Original songs set for release in 2024, have all been written by Sammie about her life experiences so far - the good, the bad, the heartbreaking - with lyrics she hopes will resonate, console and inspire.
Sammie’s debut single reached number 11 on the UK iTunes Singer Songwriter Music charts, and her next 3 releases charted in the top 10 of the UK iTunes Country Music charts.
Sammie’s next single - The Woman I Am is due for release on 5th April 2024.

ABOUT SAMMIE
Raised in the rugged Welsh county of Pembrokeshire, surrounded by a family of musicians and stage performers, Sammie started singing around when she started talking. Her father an Italian professional drummer/singer songwriter, and her mother a professional ballet dancer, Sammie always felt the gravitational pull of music and it provided her with a ‘home’, wherever in the world she was. Thanks to her parents, Sammie's earliest influences were The Eagles, Don McLean, Cat Stevens, Fleetwood Mac, Simon & Garfunkel and James Taylor, all of whom she still reveres.
